This return policy applies to customers with delivery addresses in Australia. Orders placed through this website are fulfilled within Australia only and are covered by the conditions below, in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Change of Mind
We accept returns for change of mind if the following conditions are met.
No restocking fee applies.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for an exchange or refund:

Goods must be returned in original, unused condition

Return requests must be made within 40 days of receiving your order

Returns must be sent by post to our nominated warehouse (unless faulty)

Any free promotional items received must also be returned

Refunds are processed within 3 business days after inspection
