Exchange or Return of Goods
Should you find that the items you’ve received are damaged, faulty, or not meeting your expectations, kindly reach out to our office to inform our staff of the issue. Please retain the goods until we can assess and address any issues. We may ask you to provide a photograph.
If any errors were made by Tradebase staff in processing your order or if any problems were caused by us, we will cover the cost of return delivery. However, if the return is due to a change of mind or incorrect ordering by the customer, there may be a $15 restocking fee incurred.
Conditions for Returns: In addition to your Statutory Rights, we offer exchanges or refunds if the following conditions are met:
- Goods must be in their original new condition as received; used items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
- Returns and order queries must be made within 30 days from the date of the receipt of goods.
- Goods for exchange or return must be returned to our nominated Warehouse in their original condition (unless faulty).
- If any free promotional items were included in your order, they must be returned along with the other items to avoid charges.
- we’ll process your refund, which typically takes 3-5 business days to reflect in your bank account
